Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime by visiting the "My Orders" section in your account.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days. International shipping is coming soon.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
