How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within India. Express delivery is available at checkout for 2–3 business day delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders under this amount incur a flat ₹99 shipping fee.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Orders & Returns page for full details.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status anytime from your account under 'My Orders'.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently, we ship within India. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
How do I use a coupon code?+
Enter your coupon code during checkout at the 'Coupon' step. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically.
